Piper Sprinkler will custom design and install your sprinkler system to create a hassle free, water saving system you can rely on year after year.

We use Rainbird products which carry a three to five year warranty from the manufacturer, and all our systems come with a one year parts and labor warranty.

We also offer approximate installation estimates using satellite imagery! Just send us your full address and any special notes regarding the property.

Repairs
Troubleshooting Difficult Systems is Our Specialty!
Our repair service technicians stock their trucks with a wide variety of parts to enable them to handle repairs on any sprinkler brand in an efficient and ideal manner.
Service Call Rates:
$100.00 for the first half hour on site. $26.25 for each additional 15 minutes. Any necessary parts are an additional charge. Payment is collected at the end of the service call, we accept cash, checks, and all credit cards.
Spring Start Up
We recommend wrapping your vacuum breaker with insulation, towels, or a blanket and then covering it with a plastic trash bag. Secure the bag so it cannot be blown off. It is advisable to keep the breaker wrapped from mid October thru May.
Spring start ups include pressurizing your sprinkler system, closing all drains, checking for leaks, programming the sprinkler controller and adjusting heads. With proper winterization, most start-ups are completed within the first half hour on site.
Due to high call volume, we suggest making start up appointments as soon as possible!
Start Up Rates:

Fall Winterizations

Winterization service includes turning the sprinkler water supply off, blowing compressed air through the lines and heads, draining the vacuum breakers and house lines, and ensuring your controller is ready for winter.
Winterization Rates (Residential):
$100.00 for the first 6 zones and an additional $10.00 per subsequent zone. Any necessary parts are an additional charge. Payment is collected at the end of the service call, we accept cash, checks, and all credit cards.
There is an additional charge for customers whose water shut-off is located in a crawl space.
We will not be held responsible for freeze damage caused by weeping valves.
